All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days, unless items are back-ordered. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We estimate the following times for each level of shipping (depending on your location):

  • USPS First Class: 3-14 business days (depending upon your location)

  • USPS Priority: 2-3 business days, tracking number will be provided

  • USPS Express: 1-2 business days, tracking number will be provided

  • First Class International: 10-18 business days

  • International Priority Mail: 6-12 business days

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date please e-mail us at

There may be additional taxes and duties charged from your country's customs once your package reaches your country. These charges must be paid by you in order to receive your package.



We believe that your skin deserves the very best nature has to offer.  Because of this, we encourage everyone to try our products risk-free for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for in-store credit of the item.

Shipping costs for the return is the customers responsibility. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package.

Please note that Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques’ return policy does NOT apply to limited time offers, special promotions, and samples. Individual products purchased within a kit or collections are not eligible for individual credit. Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

If your product is damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the problem and we will follow up with you.

Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques reserves the sole right to determine whether items qualify for return in-store credit. Only products purchased directly from are eligible for consideration. Products that have been purchased from a retail location will not be considered for in-store credit.


Credit Card Validation & Your Order

For your security and our verification of your credit card transaction, your credit card is verified with a two-point security check before your order is approved for processing. This means that our system verifies that the billing information for your credit card matches exactly with the billing information your credit card bank has on file for your card. In addition to billing information verification, we check that the 3 digit code security code you give us is confirmed by your credit card company. All of this is done when you enter your order.

If the information you provide does not match your credit card bank's information on file we cannot process your order and will contact you to reconfirm your contact information. This may prolong the usual 48 business hour processing time. If, after contacting you, the information remains unmatched by your credit card bank, we will not be able to process your order with that credit card.
